Can I sign up for a single place on a public training course?
We run courses for groups of people who work for a single organisation. Currently, we don't run public courses offering single places. If you want to attend a particular course and work for an organisation, ask the person responsible for training to talk to us about running a course for a group of your colleagues.
1:1 training/coaching is also an option, either via your organisation or privately.
Where are you based?
We're based in London, UK and deliver in-person training and coaching across the UK and Europe. All of our courses are also delivered virtually and we regularly run virtual sessions for multi-national remote teams, from Boston and Budapest to Bangkok and Beijing.
Where do you run your training courses?
We can either run your training at your office if there is a good-sized room with flexible layout, or we can help you to find a venue that will be ideal for your course, with the extra benefit of your attendees being free from distractions so it's easier for them to make the most of the session.
We also run all of our courses virtually.
Do you do 1:1 training?
Yes!
Working 1:1 allows for in-depth discussion and coaching, tailored to specific objectives. We call it 'Skills Coaching'.
We also work with deeply-experienced associate coaches who offer Executive Coaching. Please get in touch to find out more.
What I'm looking for isn't listed here, can you help?
Maybe!
We have courses and workshops on more topics than are listed here. And if we think it's within our skill-set, we can design new workshops and courses for specific needs.
For example, one of our clients wanted a session to help their managers with the very specific challenges that come from working in matrix organisations.
Get in touch and we can talk through the options.
Do you offer private 1:1 coaching?
Yes!
We offer discounted rates for self-pay individuals. Some examples of our private clients' objectives are:
excelling at a high-stakes job interview
preparation for embarking on a new leadership role
preparing for a career-defining presentation or talk
improving a difficult work relationship
nailing a wedding speech
