About Neil Quick
Neil delivers our Creative Ideation and Selling Creative Ideas courses; he also develops and delivers bespoke strategy workshops for our clients.
Neil leads our Creative Ideation and Selling Creative Ideas training courses. He is a brand and strategic expert, with over 30 years’ experience in agencies and consultancies, working on some of the world’s top consumer brands.
He was Managing Director of Publicis London and was Managing Partner and Strategic Leader at PG ONE, the global agency that creates the majority of Procter & Gamble’s communications. He’s a champion of clarity, creativity and big ideas.
His approach is based on the understanding of how real people think, feel and behave in the real world. And how to set up brands to win. He’s worked as a trusted adviser, in long-term relationships, with the world’s most exacting marketers – as global and regional strategic lead on Procter & Gamble for over 20 years – and with the likes of SCA, Diageo and Unilever – and many others.
For the last 12 years, Neil has been running the IPA Fundamentals of Strategy Training. It teaches the simple, practical application of strategy – and provides a set of invaluable tools to create clear, concise, brilliant strategies that set brands on course to win in their categories.

Can I sign up for a single place on a public training course?
We run courses for groups of people who work for a single organisation. Currently, we don't run public courses offering single places. If you want to attend a particular course and work for an organisation, ask the person responsible for training to talk to us about running a course for a group of your colleagues.
1:1 training/coaching is also an option, either via your organisation or privately.
Where are you based?
We're based in London, UK and deliver in-person training and coaching across the UK and Europe. All of our courses are also delivered virtually and we regularly run virtual sessions for multi-national remote teams, from Boston and Budapest to Bangkok and Beijing.
Where do you run your training courses?
We can either run your training at your office if there is a good-sized room with flexible layout, or we can help you to find a venue that will be ideal for your course, with the extra benefit of your attendees being free from distractions so it's easier for them to make the most of the session.
We also run all of our courses virtually.
Do you do 1:1 training?
Yes!
Working 1:1 allows for in-depth discussion and coaching, tailored to specific objectives. We call it 'Skills Coaching'.
We also work with deeply-experienced associate coaches who offer Executive Coaching. Please get in touch to find out more.
What I'm looking for isn't listed here, can you help?
Maybe!
We have courses and workshops on more topics than are listed here. And if we think it's within our skill-set, we can design new workshops and courses for specific needs.
For example, one of our clients wanted a session to help their managers with the very specific challenges that come from working in matrix organisations.
Get in touch and we can talk through the options.
Do you offer private 1:1 coaching?
Yes!
We offer discounted rates for self-pay individuals. Some examples of our private clients' objectives are:
excelling at a high-stakes job interview
preparation for embarking on a new leadership role
preparing for a career-defining presentation or talk
improving a difficult work relationship
nailing a wedding speech
